Each quarter, your child is responsible for presenting a current event to their classmates. Current event dates were chosen in class & students were to write their date in their journal. Specific current event instructions can be found on the last page in your child's journal. A link to these instructions can also be found below.

Mrs. Nagreen's Classroom
The students are responsible for writing down homework assignments, quiz/test dates, & staying current with their grades.
Parents: If you have questions, please check PowerSchool or ask your child. They should know the answer. Current grades are posted in the classroom for them to look at and see how they are doing. There should be no surprises come report card time.
Mrs. Nagreen's Late Homework Policy
When an assignment is given, students are expected to complete and return that assignment when it is due.
When possible, students are given time at the end of class to begin working on the assignment.
I believe that it is the student's responsibility to complete homework AND return it in a timely manner. Points are taken off each day an assignment is late. The amount of credit awarded for late assignments is solely up to my discretion.
